I have used Netscape with patrons before and find it has really good resources that are easy to understand, and for all age levels. It has been updated since I last looked at it which is good to see and shows they are constantly monitoring and improving content.
The videos on social networking security are helpful to explain how these sites work. I know that I am careful what I post on Facebook and make sure I set my privacy to the level I want as the default always seems to be open to everyone.
When helping patrons set up free email accounts I like to suggest they never use their real name in their address and make use of the facility (if there is one) that rates the strength of the password they choose.
When patrons choose passwords for their library account I stress they don't use a password they would use for their bank and let them choose their password after suggesting some prompts - pet's name, car name etc.
I'm unsure about the Keepass site - I know it says everything is encrypted and it has a big section on security, but there's not enough verification for me...I am quite sceptical when it comes to claims on the internet (probably a good thing!)
It is hard, trying to think of new passwords for each account we use on the net!
